- The product must be in its original unopened packaging
- It must not have been used and be tightly closed as it was

If you receive a product other than the one you ordered, we will cover the shipping and return costs

How do I get the money back?
In the event that the payment was made via a credit card, the value of what you paid will be returned to the card that was used. Please note that it may take a maximum of 10 working days for the value to appear in your bank account from the date we refunded the value.
